If you are not happy, you can’t make anyone else happy. If you don’t take care of yourself, then everything after that falls apart. Take some time for you and do something awesome. After a year of saying I would go see @chrisarcucci, I finally did. Bottom line: a better Doctah means better patients!

Monday Meds 20: Stereotypes – Men vs. Women
Stereotypes are a part of our culture. Inside of certain circles, we perpetuate them. Then, as a society, we reinforce them. It’s easy to lump people into groups. It’s amazing how fast we are to judge others and then we can’t stand to be judged ourselves. Oh well. More double standards anyone?
