From my Educational background (AA In criminal Justice, BA in Criminology… and my limited amount of time in law school…) My whole thing on the psychology of these officers is this…
They were soOOoo! pissed with having to run this Criminal down that they took their frustration out on him… and then the fact that the dude almost ran over the other cop has something to do with their ROUGE mentality…
Now, I would recommend that after the person has been rendered qualified to serve, they under go psychological testing… There's something about going through training and then receiving that badge that makes people go “Street Rat Crazy!”
Should the officers have lost their jobs… YES!
As for him suing the state… Oh! No… that's not going to happen… the state will fight that fervently…
As for the Video's are every where comment… ALL COPS should have taken notice from the Rodney King incident and the ones that followed every since then… Like you said… VIDEOS ARE EVERYWHERE…

Question… what about the video of the 14yro boy who got tortured by the cops up in Toledo, Ohio… do a vid-yo on that one… I wanna hear your take on that one…
